Macys is another store I go alot. I'm sure this will be useful for alot of people.
Just enter your zip code and on the next page you will have a choice to either receive it by mail or by email. Up to you. I always like to get it right away so I can print it out. If you don't have a printer, you just have to wait about 2 weeks to get yours in the mail.
