For those of you who are in the UNITED STATES, I found one from Maybelline.
From what I read on the beauty forums, people usually get mascara and eyeliner samples from Loreal. Not sure about the MAC though. ugh... I'm so envious... I love MAC!
I filled in the Maybelline offer and receive their new Stiletto mascara in about 2 weeks or so. It's regular size too!
